How to use
General Cleaning
Use Arvenguard 2010 at concentration of 1:250 parts of water (20 ml per 5 litres). Apply the mix either by mop, wipe or spray.
Heavy Soiling & Grease Removal
Use Arvenguard 2010 at concentration of 1:50 parts of water (100 ml per 5 litres). Apply the mix either by mop, wipe or spray.
For Cleaning Deep Fat Fryers
Switch off deep fat fryer. Allow it to cool down and then drain out oil and remove any oil deposits. Add Arvenguard 2010 at concentration of 1:25 parts of water (400ml to 10 litres of cold water) in deep fryer. Submerge frying basket and other frying utensils in a solution and soak overnight. Rinse off with clean water and allow to air dry.
Internal cleaning of processing vessels
It is best achieved by fogging ARVENGUARD 2010 at 1-2% concentration. It is strongly recommended to sterilise the interiors of the vessel prior to fogging.
Food Vehicle Cleaning
Apply ARVENGUARD 2010 through hot or cold pressure washing equipment, adjusting use concentration with degree of soiling, temperature and pressure. The recommended use concentration at lance tip is as follows:
To achieve a good clean, wash one side at a time. Always wet the surface thoroughly with plain water. Apply ARVENGUARD 2010 solution working from edges inwards and from bottom to upwards to avoid streaks. Rinse off thoroughly with plain water.
