Where to use
- Metshield has been designed for use on Machined metal parts and Metal fabrications liable to be stored for lengthy periods, both indoors and outdoors.
- Metshield is particularly recommended for use on Bright machined components to remove soluble oils and moisture. It will then give complete protection against corrosion.
How to use
- Shake well before use as this is a 2 phase product so will split when not in use.
- Metshield can be sprayed, brushed or used in a Dip Tank. The protective coating is dry in only 30 minutes.
- Metshield can be easily removed by the use of a top quality solvent such as Lecplus. In most cases the removal of the solution is not necessary before putting parts into service.
- Metshield if used in an Arven Dip Tank, will send the displaced water to the bottom and can be run off periodically.
