Dri-Lube Aerosol

P.T.F.E. Lubricant

Designed to give a High temperature, Semi-permanent, mould release coating.

The Benefits

• Dri-Lube with its Resin binder gives a Semi-permanent, Non-stick coating.
• Dri-Lube has an extremely low coefficient of friction
• Dri-Lube gives continual release, even at high temperatures.
• Dri-Lube is very economical. A light spray is all that is required to create a Non-adhesive, Non-abrasive surface.
• Dri-Lube should be used where presentation is of paramount importance.
• Dri-Lube will be touch dry in within 20-30 seconds of application.

Where to use

Dri-Lube is recommended for use where clean, unstained, mould release is important including, Electronics assembly, Laminating, Zip manufacture and anywhere high temperature release is required.

How to use

Dri-Lube is very easy to use. Spray onto a clean dry surface from approximately 18-25cm and allow to dry. Do not over spray.

Envisolv Plus

Fast Break Degreaser

Specially formulated from “Terpin”oils to quickly remove all forms of oil and grease.

Approved for use in the Rail Industry.

Where to use

• Envisolv Plus  is recommended for use in all industries for the removal of Tar, Bitumen, Asphalt, Heavy fuel oil, Grease and heavy dirt from most surfaces.
• Envisolv Plus is particularly effective for removing Oil and Grease in the Petrochemical and Rail industries.
• Envisolv Plus can be used to clean Brickwork, Tiles and Concrete floors without staining.
• Envisolv Plus is particularly suited for use in interceptors.

How to use

Envisolv Plus is easy to use. Simply spray, brush or pour onto the deposits, allow to penetrate and rinse away with water.

The resulting dispersion will break down into 2 layers within 30 minutes. Oil and contamination at the top and water at the bottom.

Heavy Duty Wash & Shine

Designed to clean all vehicles and leave a lasting shine on painted surfaces.

How to use

Fleetshine is recommended for use through all types of Automatic vehicle washing machines and Pressure washers, or can be applied manually either hot or cold.

Fleetshine when used through Automatic machines, should be diluted as per manufactures instructions.

Fleetshine when used manually, should be diluted up to 30-1 before spraying on to the surface. Allow to penetrate and rinse off to leave a pristine weatherproof finish.

Floorshine 2

Metallised Dry Bright Floor Polish

Designed to leave a deep shine without buffing.

The Benefits

• Floorshine 2 is used manually. Does not require the use of expensive machinery for buffing.
• Floorshine 2 is safe to use on Plastic, Vinyl, Terrazzo, Linoleum, Rubber and Sealed wood floors.

Where to use

Floorshine 1 is recommended for use in Hotels, Hospitals, Offices, Passageways, Composite factory floors and all other surfaces requiring a hard, resilient finish to cope with heavy pedestrian traffic.

How to use

Floorshine 2 Simply mop onto the surface and allow to dry. This will leave a hard resilient shine.

Flowglass Aerosol

Mould Pre-Treatment Spray

The Benefits

Flowglass provides a protective film that prevents the need for heavy swabbing of glass moulds during start up and subsequent swabbing over long periods.

Where to use

Flowglass is specially formulated for the glass bottle industry for use on bottle moulds saving precious down time of production during start up.

How to use

Flowglass should be applied by spraying an even, thin coating from a distance of 15-20cm in to the mould. Protective film should be allowed to dry naturally prior to use of the mould for 2 to 4 hours at room temperature for best result. (Ensure that the surface of the mould to be coated is completely clean, dry and free from oil or grease.) A light burnishing of the film prior to use will enhance the products performance. When ready for use moulds may be pre-heated in the normal manner prior to fitting to machinery.

Handfresh

Frequent Use Hand Cleaner

Specially formulated for use in industries where repeated hand washing is necessary.

• Handfresh being delicately perfumed to a level that will not transfer to food, can be used throughout the catering industry.
• Handfresh is recommended for use in all trades where consistent hand washing is required.

How to use

Handfresh is very easy to use. Simply apply small quantity to the hands, rub in thoroughly and rinse off with water.

The application of Arven Afterwork is recommended at the end of the working day.
